Video tutorial: MongoDB documents in a Table View and Saved Search

(UPDATED 2011-10-10)

MongoLab is fanatic about expanding the reach and usability of MongoDB.  In addition to the amazingly simple-to-start hosted service that we provide, there are useful features in our web admin GUI.  They make it easier to work with your data.  We created this video screencast tutorial to highlight the Table View and Saved Search features.  They can help you select out documents in your database in an ad hoc manner, which is great for debugging and experimenting.

This is Episode 6 of our Introductory Screencast Series.  Yep, we're taking a cue from another director in making our first release from the middle of the series.  We'll have a new video once a week or so.

This is also an opportunity for me to introduce myself.  My name is Ben Wen and I'm MongoLab's VP of Sales and Marketing.  What that really means is that I'm here to serve you in getting the most out of our service.  I want to hear about all the rants, raves, and redonkulous requests that you have for MongoDB hosting.  I'm at ben AT mongolab DOT com, or benzenwen on Skype.

Thanks for watching.  Come back for more videocasts at http://blog.mongolab.com. Please provide me feedback.
